• Clean out plugs--4 per valve
• Optional aspirating air for safe operation when the respective mill is out of service but the unit is on-line
• Coal pipe support brackets (3)
  -for easy installation and coal pipe support
• Two (2) self-centering gates
     -full open/full closed
      with maximum 1/16"     gap between the     gate and coal pipe
• Gate guides for smooth insetion of gates

Operation

• Use clean out plugs and house air to blow out any accumulated coal dust from the body
• Attach air to the aspirating air connections
• Unbolt cover plate; manually remove the full flow gate
• Insert the line blank and replace cover plate
