Ceramic Lined Outer Burner Barrel

Power & Industrial Services manufactures ceramic lined burner replacements for Foster-Wheeler burners featuring Nitride Bonded Silicon Carbide liners combined with our cast PI-2000 stainless steel tips. Specially designed liners cast of Nitride Bonded Silicon Carbide provide the internal wear surface of the outer sleeve. The liners are held in place using our tongue and groove design, plus a single plug weld per tile. The tile length is carefully designed to eliminate cracking.
