Power & Industrial Services has improved the wear life of these valves by redesigning the bodies so that a custom ½" thick alumina wear liner kit can be installed without changing the internal volume of the valve.
The alumina ceramic lining adds years of maintenance free wear life to the cast steel body which can be weld repaired if necessary.
Power & Industrial Services has added a rear access door to our valves allowing easy access to our split hub two–piece door arm enabling the arm and gate to be replaced without removing the valve from service or removing the shaft and disconnecting the actuator.
All of this results in significant labor savings.
