Thru-Bolt Split Ring Tube Alignment Castings

The patented "Thru-Bolt" system developed by Power & Industrial Services for split ring tube alignment castings can be installed by a single person in far less time than required by standard procedures requiring two people.

Eliminate and Save

NO...fixture or power jacks needed for tube alignment.
NO...helper needed to hold split ring tubes together during welding.

• Using one section of the "Thru-Bolt" casting, insert the stainless steel bolts into the special recesses located on the side and weld over the heads.
• Position the required number of tubes, then slide the second half of the casting onto the installed bolts.
• Use the special deep socket to tighten the stainless nut provided until both halves of the casting have properly aligned the tubes.
• Weld the nuts, thru pins, and ends, if possible, to complete installation.

Power & Industrial Services now offers our Tube Alignment End Cap Protector for both standard 2" high castings and heavy-duty 3" high castings. Tube Alignment End Cap Protectors are used to protect the leading edge of a tube alignment casting from the gas flow.
