The new Power & Industrial Services two-piece tips feature 253 MA stainless steel fabricated inlets and cast one-piece PI-2000 replaceable outlet tips. The benefits are better heat resistance and higher brinell, both of which translate into longer operating life. Plus, our design offers the advantage of being able to change tips from inside the boiler without having to remove the complete stationary nozzle assembly and linkage. Weld tabs and weld pins offer a secure fastening system for the replaceable tip.

The leading edges of the splitter plates are coated with an 800 Brinell chromium oxide wear surface.

 

Other cast sizes available

Power & Industrial Services also offers cast HH stainless steel inlets with replaceable PI-2000 outlet tips. PI-2000 will have a higher heat resistance and longer operating life than any wrought stainless steel used in fabrication.
